The Wayne Valley High School DECA Club is a business and marketing club. DECA provides you with the tools, knowledge, and skills to get the edge over your competition. Applying for internships, scholarships, jobs, or colleges just got easier. DECA membership shows you are driven, academically prepared, community-oriented, and career-focused—ready to tackle your future. We compete in local and state team competitions. The advisors are Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Miller. 

This year: 

The DECA club had 21 Students compete at the Regional Event on January 4th, 2023 at the Hilton Meadowlands Hilton. (The Attached Pictures) with three qualifying for the State Competition. 

• Paula Augurusa: Placed 7th Overall and in (3rd Case Study Portion) Sports Marketing

• Milan Mistry: Placed 11th Overall in Sports Marketing 

• James Sun: Placed 4th in Principles of Finance
