If applicable - for students transferring from another New Jersey School to Wayne Township Public Schools: the Student Transfer Card (click here) is REQUIRED by the state of NJ to be completed by the transferring school (for all students entering grades 1 through 12) and sent directly to the student's new school.

The card must be sent the first day after the student's last date of attendance. Your student is not allowed to be registered in two New Jersey schools at the same time and will not be able to attend WTPS without this document.
