The video club records the following activities after school: sporting events such as football, soccer, field hockey, basketball, lacrosse, SDA, baseball, just to name a few.
We also record SDA, concerts, marching band, talent shows, fashion shows, Schuyler's promotion and graduation.
In an average year, we produce around 40 different events that appear on our WHTV YouTube channel!
Students are given in-depth education in how a remote production works. They can work behind the scenes using the different pieces of equipment or take a try at announcing games if they like. There is an emphasis on hands on learning about producing a multi camera production, as well as the opportunity to learn sports announcing.
We run all year, there is no membership fee and students can join any time.
Enrollment in the class is not necessary
