Who We Are: We are a dedicated group of parent volunteers, teachers, and staff who work directly with Principal Leonard and administration to support the needs of our school.  We are here to build community and to support you and your Eagle through enriching programs, events, and fundraisers.

Why Be a Member: Our school cannot do anything without the support of you. Whether you are a new PTO member or a returning member, we thank you for your contributions, time, and commitment to our organization, our teachers, and most importantly our students! As a member of our GW Family, you are a voice for our students and part of the largest child advocacy program in the world! It is such a rewarding experience!! So please take this time and join the PTO.  You will be so glad you did!

  • Check Deposit Register Chairpersons who need to deposit checks written out to "GW PTO", please use this form to log each check received.  Turn in to Assistant Treasurer along with checks at time of deposit.

  • Check Request Chairpersons seeking vendor payment, start-up cash, or personal reimbursement or Teachers requesting payment, please use this form.  Place in the President's Folder in the PTO mailbox in the Main Office for processing.

  • Cash Deposit Form and whose activities generate cash for deposit, please use this form at the time of deposit to the Assistant Treasurer.
