The district’s Affirmative Action/Civil Rights Compliance Officer is Donna Reichman, Assistant Superintendent. Donna Reichman is responsible for overseeing the district’s compliance with state and federal laws protecting civil rights, including but not limited to, N.J.A.C. 6A:7, Managing for Equality and Equity in Educational Programs, Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended), and Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 (sex/gender equity in the field of education), Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Complaint & Grievance Procedures
Wayne Township Public Schools is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students and works diligently to ensure no one is subject to harassment, intimidation, bullying (HIB), and/or discrimination, of any kind, in the school environment. Complaints should be reported immediately to the Affirmative Action Officer and/or the District Anti-Bullying Coordinator. Wayne Township Public Schools takes these reports very seriously and all incidents are formally investigated.
